Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused, non-clearance items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. After 60 days, we will charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned non-clearance goods. All sales on Clearance items are final.
Please call our toll-free Customer Service Phone Center at 888-571-4327 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns. Our Customer Service center is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Did your order the wrong knife? No problem. We are happy to exchange your unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are available only for items that are in stock. So please call to get an RMA number, and we will assist you personally with your exchange.
When you are ready to ship the return, write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the package. Download and complete the RMA form and include a copy with your return. Wrap all packages securely and ship to the following address:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning or exchanging goods unless the shipment is a result of our error. For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEX or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the day you ship your package for your return to be credited to your account.
